My first experience with the Bangor Region YMCA was taking swim lessons when I was little. I continued participating in Y activities throughout my life until I was hired in 2016 as a Certified Yoga Instructor.
Since then, so many opportunities have opened up for me. I love the YMCA and plan on making memories here for the rest of my life!
My Training Philosophy:
Being active at every age is so important. There are exercises and modifications for everyone at all fitness levels. I want to work with my clients on their individual goals. And once those goals are met, create new goals to accomplish.
