Cutler began studying self-defense and martial arts in New York City in 2015, under Raz Chen. Her primary training is in Krav Maga, with additional experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She specializes in teaching practical self-defense skills rooted in natural instincts, with a focus on both situational awareness and defensive techniques. Cutler believes that self-defense instruction should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. She teaches students, ranging from preschoolers to older adults, and is particularly passionate about working with people in underserved communities who often face serious challenges to safety and well-being.
