TRX® Training

TRX Training involves a variety of suspension training exercises. Suspension training is a form of resistance training, using only the body weight and gravity as resistance, and an adjustable strap system to facilitate various exercises. The strap system enables movements in many planes of motion, and modifications to suit people with all levels of fitness. TRX training can be used to enhance muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance, stability, and coordination, and it’s fun! Whether you are a novice exerciser, or an advanced athlete, we can challenge you! Join us!
