If you are a woman age 35 or older who lives in Maine with or without insurance to cover breast exams, mammograms, and pap tests, and you meet the income guidelines… we can help!
We know there may be things that make it hard for you to get to your appointments. We can help you with:
- A ride to your appointments
- Someone to go with you to your appointments
- Assistance with the cost of travel
- Breast and cervical health information
The following services are provided by Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center:
- Pap tests
- Pelvic (internal) exams
- Clinical breast exams
- Mammograms
Limited diagnostic or follow-up services are available through the Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program. Should a woman enrolled in our Caring Connections program need further diagnostic testing or treatment for breast or cervical cancer, these services would be provided at no cost through Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
