At Fit Fest, you’ll learn some basic stances and movement patterns that you can use to create simple, enjoyable Tai Chi sequences that you can practice for a lifetime. 12:30 - 1:00pmWe all know the importance of goal setting, right? We all also know a lot of things that we should, but don’t do as often as we should, right? We’ve all set and accomplished goals, right? But how much more could we accomplish, if we set new goals regularly, and if we revised some long time, dormant goals? Let’s revisit just how limiting it is NOT to spark life into each day with invigorating goals. Goal setting helps us direct our attention, mobilize our efforts, develop strategies, and persist in the face of challenges. Effective goal setting skills are among the most powerful tools we can have to build the lives we want. Are you building the life you want? Can you build it better? Join me & let’s chat about it.
