About the Speakers
Tim Hudson: Tim Hudson is the current Superintendent of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument and has worked for the National Park Service since 1967. He holds a Civil Engineering and Environmental Health Engineering degree, was Chief of Facilities at Yellowstone National Park for 20 years, Associate Regional Director for Operations in the Alaska Region until 2013, and became the Northeast Region’s Program Manager for the repair of the National Park Service infrastructure damaged by Super Storm Sandy.
Susan Adams: Susan Adams is a graduate of the University of Maine and has worked as a Recreation Manager at Elliotsville Plantation Inc. for the past 4 years. Susan does local outreach for the Quimby Family Non-Profit Land Conservation Foundation, and is one of two Volunteer Coordinators for the National Park Service at the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument.
