Aquatics Update: On Saturday, Sept. 30th, Lap Swim in our Aloupis Pool will be from 7:00am – 9:30am.
The Aloupis Pool will be closed for the rest of the day for the Maine Senior Games Swim Meet.
Family Swim will be available in the Means Pool as scheduled.

Come to our special Sign Up Day on Tuesday, February 1st, from 9:00am – 5:00pm to meet with our Health & Wellness Team and sign up for one or more of our Evidence-Based Chronic Disease Programs:
- LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, begins February 7th, 2022 (Program available in person and virtual, Free 12-week program)
- Cardiac Disease Prevention and Rehabilitation, begins February 7th, 2022 (Free with Y Membership)
- YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program, begins February 7th, 2022 (Program available in person and virtual, Fee-based program)
- Parkinson’s Disease Wellness Program for Patients & Care Partners, begins February 8th, 2022 (Free with Y Membership)
- Alzheimer’s Diseases Wellness Program for Patients & Care Partners, begins February 8th, 2022 (Free with Y Membership)
- Arthritis & Bone Health Program, begins February 7th, 2022 (Free with Y Membership)
- Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program, begins February 7th, 2022 (Fee-based Program)
