FALL INTO FITNESS and join us for FREE Group Fitness Classes at the Bangor Region YMCA! Our amazing Certified Fitness Instructors will be introducing the NEW MUSIC and NEW MOVES from the October MOSSA® launch! It’s the perfect time for you and your friends to try out these popular Group Fitness Classes! 8:00am – Active Together (60-min. class in Studio 1)

9:15am – Strength Train Together (60-min. class in Studio 1)

10:30am – Groove Together (60-min. class in Studio 1)

12:00pm – Balance & Flex Together (60-min. class in Studio 2)

12:15pm – Core Focus Together (30-min. class, in Studio 1)
