In addition to our NEW Pre-K Before & After School Program, all children signed up FULL TIME (5 Days, before & after school combo OR after school only) for this program will receive a FREE FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (up to $950 value) starting in September 2023!
Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify. We also offer multi-child & military discounts and accept State Subsidies, including: CCSP, Aspire, Hope and Tanf.
The Bangor Region YMCA’s NEW Pre-K Before & After School program is designed for families with children who attend a local full-day, school-based Pre-K programs and need before and after-school childcare. This program runs from 6:30am until the start of the school day and from the end of the school day until 6:00pm, and is also offered on school in-service days, school vacation weeks, and snow days.
Our Y helps children to grow and expand their learning through Creative Curriculum, an evidence-based curriculum used by early education and school Pre-K programs throughout the country. Our Pre-K program includes swimming and a FREE Family Membership to our Y, for all children enrolled as FULL TIME (5 Days, before & after school combo OR after school only).
Transportation is available from select schools, though it is open to any family with a Pre-K child.
