Our Lifeguards support the organization’s mission by intentionally welcoming members into the Y Community, connecting them with others, and maintaining certification-level physical and mental readiness to keep our community members safe.
We’re looking for a new team member who can:
•Demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
•Create a safe environment, in which all individuals feel welcomed and respected.
•Build relationships with, and among, members and program participants.
(All while remaining alert and observant of your assigned aquatic area of responsibility, of course!)
